Shipping & Change Policy
At Maya’s Workshop we always try to get your jewelry in your hands as soon as possible! For shipments within Greece we work with ACS.
The following charges apply:
- Within Attica – 3 euros – indicative delivery time 5 business days
- Outland Attica destinations – 4 euros – indicative delivery time 5 business days
- Island destinations – 4 euros – Delivery indication 5 business days
Cash on delivery service
The shipping cost for the consignee is EUR 2.50 plus shipping costs.
Shipping Service Abroad
For overseas shipments to destinations within the European Union the fee is 10 euros and we work with ELTA. Delivery time varies by destination – we only estimate 7 business days. In overseas countries the cash on delivery service does not apply.
Change Policy
At Maya’s Workshop, serving and satisfying our customers is our priority! If you are not happy with any of our products, we allow you to change / replace one jewelry with another within 30 days of receiving it. A key prerequisite for change is that the jewelry is in the same condition as it was received and not worn. Return to our store in Kifissia:

The business covers changes for:
- Change – I’m not happy with my jewelry
- Change – Wrong product
- Replacement of defective product
Shipping costs are borne by you. You will need to complete the form below and include it in your return package. You can also change your jewelry from purchase to eshop and our stores (Kifissia & Nafplio).
